“ My wifes train was late so I walked into Junes for a beer and had the best time. A friendly bartender, a room full of friendly people and I even got to meet June. Nice place for a cold beer and a shot. ”

“ Hopped off the train with 35 minutes to grab a bite. Not much beyond a coffee bar inside the station so went out front to get a feel for our options and say Junes Tavern. Walking up it doesnt look like much but it was bustling with locals. Burgers, fries, sandwiches and beer along with a full bar. Just right but so little time. June had us in and out in 15 minutes and we were headed back to the station. Burgers were great, a generous hand pressed patty flame broiled perfectly with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onion just as you would like. We truly enjoyed it. !!!!! ”
“ When you get to Albany on the train just step outside and walk a few feet to this little bar restaurant. You need to have a break after coming from Boston all that way. Junes is an old firehouse which of course has a bar as all firehouses did in the day. They have great burgers and fries and of course beer, wine and get your alcohol on the rocks before boarding in an hour again. The service is incredibly friendly and kind! ”
